I love dose of lashes and have been using them for well over a year now and never have any problems, the quality is amazing!
However when this order was delivered there was only 3 boxes of lashes in my parcel and it had been cut open, I emailed them and was very understanding as this was obvioulsy nothing to do with DOL and was the courier service, it took them a week to reply where they asked for photos, I sent the photos and I emailed them again 2 weeks later saying I haven't had a response and they replied the same day asking for the items missing, I emailed them this information 4 days ago and am waiting yet again for a response.
It is a shame because I love the company and what you get, but I think the customer service could do with some improving, especially as they have the time to upload onto Instagram every couple of days but not respond to their customers emails.
